The Stockholm Archipelago (Skärgård) is the biggest archipelago of Sweden, and one of the biggest archipelagos of the Baltic Sea. Cruising over the small islands through the Stockholm Archipelago is an experience. Weather permitting, the experience can be enhanced by enjoying a spectacular sunset during summer months, which lasts until 10:30 - 11:00 at night. In the summertime, the archipelago is writhing with private boats filled with people who often take advantage of Allemansrätt (or "everyman's right"), a law which gives anyone the right to go ashore or anchor on any ground not in the direct vicinity of buildings. The same goes for pitching your tent, once you clean up after you, so it looks like you weren't even there.
