From Grossglockner to Tarvisio

The small Italian town of Tarvisio, with a population of only 4,827 inhabitants, is located in the province of Udine in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Tarvisio is located not far from the Austrian ski resort Gail Arnold Steinberg, and it lies up against Mount Ovn. There’s actually a triple border here, the borders between Italy, Austria and Slovenia confluence here. Great motorbike country in every direction, and at the centre of it all, is this fine Italian delicatessen, a veritable Gastro Emporium, filled with all kinds of gastronomical treasures.
